From the moment you arrive, you’ll be in a Wright St8 of Mind #113! Curated as a mini-resort, this is a Landmark Vacation Rental home that has it all. Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach just steps from the beach, sound, restaurants, bars, park, shops, and pier. Begin your day enjoying the breeze while sipping coffee on either the private deck off the master bedroom or the deck off of the living room listening to the sound of the waves and the seagulls. After enjoying breakfast in the gourmet, well-stocked kitchen, grab your paddleboard, kayak, or fishing pole and walk a few feet down to the end of the street and enjoy calm sound water access or take the two cruising bikes which are yours to enjoy or a jog around “the loop” of Wrightsville Beach. When you’re ready to hit the world-class beach, enjoy direct access just a few hundred feet down the road from the house. After spending the day soaking up some rays and relaxing on the sand, shower off in the private luxury outdoor shower and get ready for an evening of fun and relaxation. Turn on the tiki lights and some tunes in the carport, while you watch your favorite game or movie on the outdoor tv as you fire up the Traeger grill. The fun continues as you have a putting contest on the golf putting green, try your hand at the hook and ring game, or enjoy a rousing game of bags/corn hole, all ready for you to enjoy right at the house. After dinner, head to the rooftop patio with your favorite cocktail and watch the sunset and enjoy one of the highest points on the island and enjoy the finest 360-degree view of the ocean, sound, and island Wrightsville has to offer. Once you’re done watching the sun slip below the horizon, grab the crew and cross the street to see what’s biting at Johnny Mercers Fishing Pier, grab an ice cream from the Beach Shoppe, and perhaps enjoy a nightcap or snack at the Shark Bar and Kitchen or Palm Room.

Not only an oasis on the outside, Wright St8 of Mind has spared no expense with many custom-built features in the interior and is poshly decorated with comfortable high-end furniture and amenities throughout including Sonos speakers that you can connect to via airplay!

The second floor kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay and features floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a liquor/bar area, farm sink, gas range and griddle, marble countertops, a large island with seating, and a dining table for six. The second floor also hosts the comfortable open-concept living room with comfortable luxurious furniture, television, and built-ins as well as a porch with a fan, high top bistro table, and seating for four. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and television along with a full bath with shower and tub round out the second floor.

The third floor has a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private balcony with rocking chairs, built-ins galore, and an en suite master bath complete with a jacuzzi tub and double vanity. The third bedroom also has a king-sized bed, television, and jack-and-jill bathroom connecting to a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The fourth floor has another room with a queen bed and reading chair along with a half bathroom, another private deck with a bistro table for two, and access to the incredible rooftop patio. An Infinity Game Table is located on the fourth floor.

There is a keyless entry lock on the carport entrance door. Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Linens are provided with your stay and will be delivered and placed at the foot of each bed prior to your arrival, please note that beds will not be made.

Parking for TWO vehicles in the driveway directly in front of Unit A (left side of the white stripe on the driveway). Paid street parking is available through the town of Wrightsville Beach.

Great location and plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy ourselves. House was a little worn-ripped carpet, scuffed up cabinets, but was clean and had all the pots and pans needed for cooking. Cruiser bikes were advertised but not there. A rusted bike was outside behind the house but unusable. The starter kit was very chinsy so be sure to bring supplies. Landmark did a great job communicating throughout the stay.

I would recommend this property BUT I have a few things that could have been better. NO TOILET PAPER. Even in cheaper rentals you at least get a roll to start out. The bath towels were cheap, tiny and ONE for each guest. Each bedroom should have 4 bath towels... 2 per guest.

Thank you for your review. We are perplexed by your comments regarding no toilet paper as our Welcome Kit that is provided with each rental supplies a 4-pack starter kit of toilet paper. The cleaner and inspector reports both show that the welcome bag was left on the kitchen counter before your arrival. The bath towels are provided by a local linen vendor and the standard package includes one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per guest. We hope you will consider a future stay!

What a lovely home. Very clean, very nice and it was perfect for our weekend attending a wedding. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely updated and had great appliances. We were very happy! It rained on Saturday but we still enjoyed our time with the ample shopping available in the area. A special treat for the kids was walking up to the roof deck! Lots of great memories were made. Thank you.

We rented this house because of its proximity to the starting line for the Wilmington Marathon and it was absolutely perfect! BEAUTIFUL home with all the amenities. Within walking distance to the beach and some great little restaurants and bars! They provide a starter kit of toilet paper which isn’t ideal since there are 4 bathrooms and they provide only 2 rolls of toilet paper, so just be aware and bring your own. We also had an issue with the heat on one of the floors not working so we contacted someone and they sent an HVAC tech out as soon as they could. We will definitely be back in the on season to rent for a beach weekend!

This place was great! The location is perfect and it has a well equipped kitchen for cooking everything! There is plenty of space-we had 3fsmilies and we had a lot of room! Also loved the bikes, took a lot of bike rides��, plus there are beach chairs and a wagon to take all your stuff to the beach which is just over a block away/so close! The only thing was the door to get to the rooftop didn’t work, but maintenance came that day to fix it so that was great, definitely would stay there again!

By far the most beautiful rental I have ever stayed!! We loved our stay here. The house offered a ton. We loved the downstairs outdoor space. If you have littles there’s a park w playground on this street this is great.
It’s in a busier area so we would only stay here in the future in the shoulder seasons but for us not the depths of summer. It is however walkable to sharks which we loved and some other spots.

It wasn’t clear to us that we couldn’t rent a pack and play, babygate or chairs etc a week ahead. We tried to do so and were told sorry Too late, use this more expensive company. They did not try to accommodate our family which was disappointing.

Home was as advertised. Very nice location. Great for 10 people.

We rented this unit for my son’s wedding. It was clean and adequately supplied. We went with the linen package that worked out well . My siblings rented the other side of this home, it also was very nice. Great for 20 people in total. Great location.

Wright St8 of Mind is a beautiful home large enough for our group of 10 to sleep comfortably. Great outdoor space and so close to the beach. The rooftop area was perfect to relax and enjoy the evening air and see the ocean.

This property is hands down the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. Completely updated interior with plenty of room. Spectacular views especially from the crow's nest (one of only 2 that part of the island!) Just a 30 second walk to the beach. More amenities than you could ever ask for. The electric bikes were a great, fun touch. Would highly recommend renting this house.

Our family had a wonderful week in this house. It is convenient to ocean and sound and to the walking loop. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are arranged for quiet sleeping. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. I want the gas stove. You will love the porches and rooftop deck.
