Welcome to Turtle Time #119, a Landmark Vacation Rentals property located in the St. Regis Condos of North Topsail Beach! Beautifully renovated in 2024,Turtle Time #119 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 5th floor that sleeps 7 overlooking the ocean and the pool. Guests will enjoy the abundant amenities of St. Regis including two year round pools - one heated to 84 degrees during cooler months, fitness center, sauna, arcade room, charcoal grills, playground, putting green, basketball court, 3 on-site restaurants, coffee shop and a seasonal ice cream shop! Everyone is sure to find something fun to do for a memorable beach vacation!

Turtle Time #119 has a full kitchen with all the amenities you will need to cook any meals during your stay. A coffee bar awaits with a Keurig coffee machine ready to help you start your day. With custom built in banquette seating there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal together. For guests traveling with little ones, there is a pack & play, high chair, and kid plates/cups/utensils that convey with the property. A new full size washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed featuring a full-sized bed over queen-sized bed. The second bedroom also comes with a chair that converts to a twin bed. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is adjacent to the second bedroom.

For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. Guests of all ages will enjoy the foosball coffee table and plenty of board games and books on rainy days. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room and each bedroom. Guests may login to their streaming accounts on the Roku TVs. The owners provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys, please note that Landmark Vacation Rentals is not responsible for maintaining what beach equipment is available at any given time or the functionality of the items.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed and texted their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of each guest stay. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Shampoo, Body Wash, and Conditioner are complimentary. Please note that top bunks, futons, and pull outs will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! This property is NOT pet friendly per the HOA rules.

We have had an awesome experience the past 2 years renting Turtle Time. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and you can head right down the elevator and be steps away from the pool entrance and the walkway to the beach. The condo is clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well Stocked and very usable with the way it is laid out. She even had a pack and play, high chair, and kids cups and plates so bringing your littles is very easy! There is a full size washer and dryer too. Lastly she has lots of Beach and pool gear in the closet. I highly recommend staying here!

The unit and the resort are great for families and solo travelers alike! This condo is in excellent condition with so many appreciated little touches that elevate the experience - the coffee bar, the foosball coffee table, all the games and beach/pool supplies. The location on the north end makes it quiet enough for relaxing, while also providing many onsite amenities like the pools, gym, restaurants. (The heated outdoor covered pool is new, but it was still pretty chilly! Could stand to be raised a couple degrees.) Additional restaurants within a 5 min drive and Surf City restaurants and shops within about 15 min. Super prompt responses from the owner and the property management company anytime we needed anything or had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED our four days at Turtle Time. The condo is so thoughtfully put together and beautifully designed, the owners have really thought of every detail to make the space work well for families from the well-stocked kitchen, to the house toys to the beach toys to the layout of the condo. The pool was awesome and the location close to the beach couldn't be beat. I was also amazing having amenities like the ice cream/coffee shop on the ground floor and the playgorund around the corner. We definitely plan to visit again!

We had a wonderful experience at the newly renovated Turtle Time! From the children’s toys and beach equipment to the easy access to the pool and beach, this well-stocked condo was a delight. So many thoughtful details and great communication from the owner helped make our stay amazing.

This is my second time staying at Turtle Time #119. What a great place toStay. I spend some time alone, timeWith girlfriends and time with family andChildren and it was great every time. The view, the easy access to pool, beach, gym, Sauna plus the ice cream shop and restaurant on site makes the experience easy and relaxing. The condo that just got renovated has everything that you need, its clean and beautiful. I recommend it 100%
