This Landmark Vacation Rentals property is a magnificent, newly remodeled 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home was that carefully designed with the ultimate vacation in mind. Boasting ocean views throughout, curated coastal décor and impeccable furnishings, a neutral color palette, sleek hardwood floors, and big white pillars, this refined modern beach house will have guests wanting to return year after year.

Situated on the front row, ocean views are prominent and the sand is only a few steps away and easily accessed by a private beach access just off to the side of the house. If you don’t want to spend all of your time at the beach, there is a community pool and hot tub at your disposal. Take advantage of breathtaking views of the water and the salty ocean mist from the expansive deck which is equipped with plenty of seating for your entire group. Additional amenities include an elevator, a Tesla charger, an outdoor shower, board games, a pack-and-play, and a highchair.

Guests will enter through the ground floor and proceed up a set of stairs to the second level, which hosts the living room, dining area, kitchen, a half bath, and an expansive covered oceanfront deck with a hot tub. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and features a sleek marble countertop and center island, a beautiful gray backsplash, a farmhouse sink, a wine fridge, two coffee makers - a Ninja DualBrew Pro Single-Serve, with a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, and a regular Keurig. Located directly off the kitchen is the dining area. The table can comfortably accommodate eight, with two additional chairs, if needed. A separate dining table nearby seats four. As you make your way around to the living room, you’ll find a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, two chairs and huge windows with a gorgeous backdrop of the ocean. The open-concept living area has comfortable seating with queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV over the fireplace mantle. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a king. The two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom.

The third floor has three beautifully decorated bedrooms. At the top of the stairs there is an additional sleeping area that opens up to the expansive top-floor oceanfront deck where you can see the ocean for miles and miles. This space has doors that close for privacy with a queen sleeper sofa, a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a coffee station with a Keurig. The master bedroom offers a private deck entrance to the oceanfront porch, a king bed, a fireplace, and a private bathroom with two vanities, a tub, and stall shower. The second bedroom also offers deck access with incredible ocean views, a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds, both with twin trundles, sleeping a total of six. A full bathroom is attached to the bunk room, but can also be accessed through a separate door, convenient to the queen sleeper sofa. A washing machine and dryer can be found in a hall closet. Please note, the elevator does not travel to the third floor.

There is an additional room with a foosball table and TV located through the garage on the ground floor. A second refrigerator is also available for guest use. A smart TV is provided in each bedroom. There are 4-6 parking spaces in the driveway depending on vehicle size. There are two garage spaces, one with a Tesla charger. The Ocean Ridge community pool is available for guests and is typically open from May to September.

Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay on the keyless entry lock. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. The beds will be made prior to your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and more will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Topsy Turtle is a beautiful home with amazing views of the ocean and sky. It is immaculate and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The house is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. It is a wonderful place just to relax and enjoy the ocean. Please note, there are 4 bedrooms and a bunk room for children. Only two bedrooms are actually oceanfront. We did not use the sleeper sofas, so I cannot vouch for their comfort. The elevator does not go to the third floor, but the steps were not steep. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful beach vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was nice to have books and puzzles for the unexpected rainy days. It would be great if there would be a few more beach chairs and sun umbrellas. Otherwise no complaints!

The house was perfectly situated on a quiet stretch of pristine beach. The house was lovely and perfect for our family gathering. The house had everything we needed. Great vacation memories!

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful (ocean front) and a walkway right down to the beach. This is fantastic for anyone with kids. The house is gorgeous. Outside the issues noted below, we had what we needed. The patios (on both the main floor and upper floor) are fantastic and we were able to eat all our meals outside. The large table in the back held our group and we very much appreciated that it was in the shade! We were a bit disappointed with one of the “bedrooms”, as it is a room with sliding doors and a pullout coach - not much privacy. (This is reflected in the pictures, we just didn’t realize this was considered a bedroom.)

Unfortunately, we did have issues during our stay. Some were addressed by the management company and some were not. There were issues with cleaning and the hot tub upon arrival - those were both address next day (which we appreciate)! Other issues include a broken vacuum cleaner, microwave and the arcade game machines. These issue were left unaddressed.

I would recommend this rental to a friend. The pros significantly outweighed the cons and for the most part our major concerns were addressed.

Location and the beach itself were great. Easy access via boardwalk across dunes. Due to the small number of houses, the beach was not at all crowded. Surf was medium - not calm but not very rough. House had upper and lower decks with great ocean views. Quibbles: the elevator runs between only the ground level and main floor, NOT the upper floor with 3 bedrooms. House was advertised as 6 bedrooms (3 upper, 2 main level, one at ground level ... but the "bedroom" at ground level is just a bare room adjacent to garage -- no AC or bed -- not really a bedroom, IMHO.

The vacation rental experience was wonderful! The house was absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough! Everything in the house was lovely and worked well. If you are going to use one of the pull out couches, I would just get a mattress pad as it's pretty uncomfortable. But I would highly highly recommend this house and location!

Had a great time at Topsy Turtle! Being right on the beach was a plus with little ones! The house was perfect for our family! Make sure to bring all the essentials with you IE: paper towel, toilet paper etc.

Landmark was great to work with. They gave helpful text reminders during our stay. Would rent from them again. The house was very nice, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, well outfitted kitchen. It appeared that the owners tried to have lots of extras to make our stay comfortable. The only thing that would have made this house slightly better would have been if the elevator went to the top floor. But I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful 3 weeks! Beautifully decorated beach home! Very clean and comfortable! With this perfect location, the sunrises and sunsets were amazing! The property management company added to this perfect vacation!
