Salty Paws at Golden Pointe #143, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home welcomes guests with incredible ocean views and all the comforts of home. Situated on the second row of a secluded lot in desirable Topsail Beach, you'll enjoy beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. Take your own private walkway to the community beach access just across the street to enjoy a tranquil day on the shore, or unwind on one of the private decks where there is plenty of space to gather with friends and family. This home is surrounded by beautiful trees and plants and will make you feel like you are in a resort oasis! Even your pet will have a memorable vacation at this seaside home. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this property can comfortably accommodate 13 guests.

Guests will enter through the garage on the ground level. This level consists of a screened-in porch that is perfect for relaxing in the shade, and a bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, TV, and a small kitchen area with sink, microwave, and full-size refrigerator.

Proceed upstairs to the second floor to find two additional bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed with an ensuite bathroom, the other bedroom is the master, which has a king-sized bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom that features double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Proceed down the hallway to a sunroom with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a desk available for any work that may pop up.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are located on the third floor, in addition to a half bathroom and a bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and four chairs offering plenty of space to gather with friends and family after fun day soaking up the sun to relax or watch your favorite movie or sporting event. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need for a family dinner at your home away from home. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three and a nearby wet bar with a separate wine fridge. The dining room table has seating for six.

Guests will enjoy easy access to the beach from the community beach access just across the street. The carport area has an outdoor shower for easy cleanup after a fun-filled day of sand and sun. The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. There are a multitude of decks for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea, as well as a fenced-in yard for your four-legged family member.

For entertainment, high-speed internet and Smart TVs are provided throughout the home.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in.

Provided With Your Stay: Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note that top bunks, sofa beds, and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes starte supplies of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

We had a nice stay in September. The beach was empty and views were great. The space was great for our 3 adult families having our own bathroom and the house was dog friendly. The elevator was very helpful and kitchen was stocked. I enjoyed the office area to work remotely a few dates. One issue was a non functioning microwave in the kitchen. Also the first night we experienced ants in the kitchen but Landmark sent someone out the following day and they were gone. We recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean. Loved sitting on the balcony to watch the ocean. Nice to be able to bring our dogs! Highly recommend staying here. The elevator also made it nice for family members with limited mobility.

Wow, what a wonderful vacation! Spent a week in this beautiful home with my children and grandchildren. The house is so pretty, decorated very nicely, has lots of room, and was nice and cool. Nobody wanted to leave! Beach access is a short walk to a beautiful spot on the beach. Not crowded at all. Really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Hope to come back here.

This was the perfect house for our stay. Tons of room to spread out and lots of areas to spray off salty paws! The house was clean and had just about everything we needed...grill, lots of pots and pans, multiple refrigerators, games, short walk to beach, and beautiful landscaping. We had an issue with the hot water heater and the maintenance department fixed it right away. Highly recommend this house for two legged and four legged friends!
