Enjoy oceanside living at its finest at Luna Sea #155, a luxurious Landmark Vacation Rentals condo located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. This elevated coastal property showcases phenomenal ocean views and soft neutral hues to achieve a sophisticated coastal flair. Located just steps from the beach, Johnny Mercer’s Pier, shopping and dining. This home has many unique offerings that are sure to please everyone in your group, including a gas grill, 6 cruiser bikes, beach chairs, a paddle board, an outdoor shower, games, and more!

Luna Sea has three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, TV, and Juliette balcony. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and access to a large porch with ocean views, and a private bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom is ready for kids with a twin over queen bunk bed and queen trundle. A pack-n-play is also available for guest use.

The open-concept living room/dining area is ideal for entertaining and creating fond memories with friends and family. A large glass slider door opens up to a deck with prominent ocean views and plenty of outdoor seating. There is seating for 3 at the bar and 6 at the dining table. The new, fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances and everything you’ll need to cook meals throughout your stay. This home is equipped with board games, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a private tandem garage with parking for two vehicles. Please note that HOA strictly prohibits cars sticking out from the garage into the alley. All vehicles must be fully parked in the garage and driveway. Additional cars can be parked on the paid street parking which is first come first serve. Street parking on Wrightsville Beach is free from October 31- March 1st. For entertainment, high-speed internet is provided. There are 4 flat screen TVs provided throughout the house. This home is not pet-friendly.

Guests will enter the driveway through a private, gated street. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. Beach towels are included with your stay. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

For larger families, this home can be rented with the bottom unit, "Suite 16 #154."

The rental itself was absolutely fantastic. Ocean view and all the amenities you could need. A couple issues including the master bedroom not being equipped with any toilet paper (only 2 rolls in a stay that holds 9) was problematic. We were also given the wrong code to get in and not given elevator code. Aside from these minor issues, it was a great stay and landmark was quick to respond and assist with our needs. Location wise, it's a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants in wrightsville which is super convenient and less than a 3 minute walk to the beach.
