For those bringing their furry friend, an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.

Inside, the open living/dining area full of natural light creates a serene atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease and into vacation mode. Whether you're enjoying a cozy night in or hosting a beachside soiree, this versatile space accommodates all your needs. The living area offers games, books, a large wall-mounted Smart TV with access to video streaming and music apps. Large sliding doors open onto a spacious private deck, where you can sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails and enjoy incredible views of the ocean, watching dolphins pass by, beachgoers & those amazing candy sunrises.

Retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, private en-suite bath with an oversized shower enhanced with double shower heads, walk-in closet & dual vanity. This suite provides direct access to the covered porch with ocean views, as well as a private Juliette balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ocean views, access to private Juliet balcony, and shares a full bathroom with the hallway. The third bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed with a queen trundle and a private en-suite bathroom.

This oasis is a 2nd-floor walk up two easy flights through the common area staircase. There is no elevator at this property.

Included: WIFI, Smart TVs in each bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, etc. Four bikes, four beach chairs, a beach wagon, games/toys, a pack-n-play, an umbrella, and other beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. There is parking for four vehicles in the garage/driveway. Paid parking is available on Greensboro St, at Johnnie Mercer's Pier, and on all the side streets and is first come first serve. Parking is free on Wrightsville Beach from October 31st to March 1st.

Property condition

The property was super nice. Everything reflected a luxury rental from the decor style, furniture choices and decorations. The layout couldn't be better as all bedrooms were seperate from each other and had their own (super nice) bathrooms. The location is super close to the beach, easy 1 minute walk and close to many restaurants, shops, etc... We had a great time here and would rent it again in a heartbeat!
