Gemini Dream #102 is a beautifully decorated and spacious canal front home with gorgeous sound and ocean views and boat docks with access to the ICWW. Located in the gated community of Queens Grant in quaint Topsail Beach, the home has 2000 square feet of living space. Unlike other houses that only offer the beach, at 'Gemini Dream' there are unlimited things to do. Choose to spend your days walking to the never crowded beach through the private access, bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, and paddle boards and spend the day on the water easily accessed through the private boat launch and docks with immediate access to deep water, the ICWW, and the ocean. You can keep your boat at the dock right at the house for your whole stay! Choose to soak up some rays at the huge pool and hot tub and catch your own dinner!

With this reverse floor plan, the main living area, dining area, kitchen and a half bathroom are located on the third floor. The living room opens onto a deck with views of the ocean and sound and it has an array of seating overlooking the canal. The chef in you will enjoy the large, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with gas range, walk-in pantry, and large refrigerator. A Keurig combination coffee maker is also provided. An independent ice maker makes it easy to fill coolers and still have plenty of ice for your cocktails as you watch the sun set.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and TV and opens to the second floor deck. This is a great spot to enjoy your coffee or sneak away to curl-up with a good book. The master bathroom has double sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, large closet, TV, and opens onto the second floor deck. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. The hall bathroom has double sinks and tub/shower combo.

The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. A home office on the ground floor provides quiet privacy for those who need to work, study, or attend virtual meetings while visiting. High speed internet and traditional cable are provided. An outdoor shower and tiled ground floor foyer with benches keep things tidy. The carport has covered parking for two cars.

There is a keyless entry lock on the carport entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Dogs are welcome!

The Queens Grant Community is gated and has several community beach accesses, a community boat ramp, and community boat trailer parking. A community dock is in front of this home. Trailer parking and the community dock are on a first come, first served basis. Queens Grant also has a beautiful pool complex, playground, basketball court and grilling/picnic shelter. Grilling is not allowed anywhere in the community other than the picnic shelter due to fire safety concerns.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Gemini Dream is indeed a dream. Very lovely, well stocked and clean! The only thing that was “disappointing “ was I had to rent paddles and life jackets for the kayaks and paddle boards ( took couple of hours trying to find someone to rent from) Herrings Outdoor was amazing and delivered. Also pool had no umbrellas for tables �� But now that I know ... Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back ���� Very close to beach with easy access

The home was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The additional ice maker was a plus.
We appreciated the dog friendliness of the home and the area. The pool was great was a stop on the way back from the easy walk from the beach.
We wish Queen’s Grant had a 4 or 5 bedroom unit with 3+ full baths for next year.

This is the perfect location for a beach and boat lover. This property is across the street from the beach and has a dock for your boat right outside your back door. Breathtaking sunset views. Great Saltwater pool on property and plenty of amenities for all. Perfect place for those that just want to get there and focus on the vacation instead of all the running around. If you wanted you didn't even have to go back in to town. Best Restaurant on the Island is less than 5 minutes away. Beach Shop Grill ~ Excellent!

I have been vacationing at NC beaches for most of my life. In that time I have used several different rental companies. This was by far the best place we have ever rented. The staff was were extremely courteous and the process was so easy! We will definitely stay here again!

Gemini Dream was amazing. We had 8 people and it was perfect in every way. Great location to beach as well as restaurants, shopping etc. The home had every possible kitchen gadget you could think of. The pool was clean and easily assessable. The property management was excellent and very responsive. We will def stay there again!

This is the second year that we’ve started out on vacation in Topsail. We’ve stayed in another house in this neighborhood, and the homes are beautiful- plenty of space, an elevator for loading and unloading (or for the grandparents!), and a great location on the island. Gemini Dream has an amazing kitchen (I wanted to take the ice machine home with us!). You always hear things like “nicely equipped” and still done know what to expect- this house has EVERYTHING you need to cook and serve up your meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back for more!

Not sure where to start as it was a truly wonderful week!!! The house is awesome,fabulose and met ALL of our needs and more. It was so clean and well stocked that we felt at home right away. The kitchen is wonderful and we loved having a gas stove!!! The location was perfect and we truly loved the peacefulness of the house and the area. We rented paddle boards and the canal was a perfect starting point. Loved being able to walk to the beach and pool!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had a great week and our rental was the absolute best. Perfect location with the waterway in back door and beach on the side. Our town house Gemini Dream was top notch with all the amenities you could ever need or want even a fancy ice maker.

We enjoyed the property very much. Overall we were pleased with Landmark, however we did experience a small issue or two and the communication of the issues did not get to Landmark due to phone issues on their side. Hopefully this has been addressed. A few things to make note of: 1) the ceiling fan/light in the bedroom with the bunk beds does not have a remote, therefore you cannot turn the light off and leave the fan running at night, 2) the rug in the living room is a trip hazard, we tripped on it several times, fortunately no one was injured, and 3) when locking the deadbolt from the outside of the unit, you have to push up on the door knob to get the deadbolt to align with the door frame. As you can see, small items that need addressing - however, given the price of the property, these should not have been an issue.

We stayed here for a week last fall. The weather and access to the beach were great! We even paddle boarded in the canal. Overall very clean, many amenities, location with a view, and the hosts were great to work with! Would go back and recommend.

This place has it all and more! Beautiful furnishings, cook’s kitchen, sunset views to die for!! In a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to a gorgeous, uncrowded beach. We can’t wait to get back to Gemini Dream and it is a dream!
