Resplendent with natural light and infused with upscale seaside elegance, this Landmark Vacation Rentals home brings sophistication and flair to the charming beach house you’ve always dreamed of. Set along 26 miles of pristine beaches in the exclusive Ocean Ridge Community, guests will have full access to a neighborhood pool, private hot tub, pool table, foosball table, elevator, and a 4-car garage! With 7 bedrooms plus an additional private sleeping area, 7.5 bathrooms, and a sprawling main living space, this luxurious home has more than enough room to accommodate up to 21 people. Look no further than Dolphin Parade #127 to exceed all vacation expectations.

As guests make their way inside, you are greeted by a large game room area with a pool table and foosball table. As you make your way to the 2nd floor, guests will find plentiful space for entertaining and accommodating large gatherings, letting the whole family enjoy meals, movies, and game time together. You will find the expansive open concept living space set before a wall of windows inviting you to soak in the sprawling ocean views. A decorative fireplace, massive flat-screen TV and a comfortable leather sectional sofa surround a cozy conversation area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities one could ask for including, stainless steel appliances, built-in ice maker, double sinks, and panoramic scenery for gourmet inspiration - cooking for your group will be a breeze. The breakfast bar has seating for 6, and the large dining table has seating for 10, plus an additional sitting area with a table can accommodate 4. Guests will enjoy soaking in the sun on the spacious deck relaxing in the ocean breeze, salt air, and private hot tub. There is one bedroom on this floor with a queen size bed, TV and attached bathroom. An additional sleeping area is located off the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, TV and attached half bathroom.

On the 3rd floor, guests will have their choice of four additional bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are two bunk rooms - one has two twin over twin bunk beds and the other has one twin over twin and one twin over full bunk bed, both with TVs and ensuite bathrooms. There are two ocean front bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the oceanfront deck.

The 4th floor of the house encompasses the Master Retreat which overlooks the ocean. It has a king side bed, ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, his/her sinks, walk-in closet, wet bar with separate beverage fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and private ocean front balcony. Down the hall, there is an additional bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.

The elevator that accesses all floors is a great asset for those guests with mobility issues or just to help bring in your luggage and groceries!

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. This home is not pet friendly.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!

Amazing location for beautiful sunrise . Loads of space and easy access to the beach, this was our second year with Landmark and we will be coming again next year.

My family stayed in “Dolphin Parade” in Topsail, N.C. and had a wonderful week. The weather was good except one day it rained. The house was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for 14 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Only complaint was the master bedroom on top floor was too cold.
If we cut the air up it was too hot in the other bedroom on that floor. The views were awesome and my favorite place to sit was on the Oceanside deck. We would rent again!!

It is a lovely house, but has a few issues. Musty lower level, water comes into garage when it rains and that whole level very musty. House was reasonably clean, but could have been better. Main tv worked fine, others issues with connectivity, but we weren’t there to watch tv. Overall, a lovely spot, great time had by all. Pool is nice and a short walk. Hot tub new and amazing. Rental company addressed any questions & concerns.

As usual, we had a wonderful week at the beach in dolphin Parade. We appreciated the new appliances and some other upgrades. My only concern continues to be the wicker furniture that seems to be falling through when you sit on it. I also wonder how often the air filters are changed because every year when we come, we wind up walking around and changing all the filthy air filters. All of us have issues with allergies or asthma and we have to take care of the filters.

Overall a good house, AC had trouble though...

I'm not picky, but let me share some our experience.
The Property was clean for the most part, but the deck was covered in sand when we came in. The person in charge said they would blow the sand off the deck and they never did. The top and middle floor AC was cold even at 70 degrees. The first floor/main Floor never got below 78 degrees the entire time we were there. IT was frustrating and I thought about complaining, but didn't want a maintenance guy in the house during our vacation. Most places have the top floors like an oven. In this house it was the main floor. For the price of the house, I expected more from the AC. Enough about the AC. The house itself was spacious and allowed all 14 people plenty of space. The internet was good about 75% of the time. Internet on the top floor was spotty at best. The best thing is that there is no public access near the house. We enjoyed beautiful weather every day, and the beach is just a few short steps from the deck. The outdoor shower on the bottom floor was great and the hot tub was a nice feature in the evenings. I know I complained about the AC, but that was really biggest issue. The internet wasn't used much at all, but the issues were more annoying than a crisis. The space of the house, the kitchen and 2 refrigerators were a smart addition. All in all I would give it a 8 out of 10 with the 2 missing points the result of a weak AC on the main floor.

We couldn’t have asked for a better property. It met all our needs. The home was clean and well maintained. The elevator was great. I would definitely stay here again

Landmark Vacation Rentals was good to work with. Any questions were answered. No problems with the staff. The house definitely needs some TLC. Several outlets have no covers on them in the bedrooms. The cleaning crew could do a better job. The stove, some of the burners don't work properly. The one garage isn't big enough for an SUV, we parked in there and had difficulty getting out of the car. Spigots you had to figure out where the shut off spot was because the handles just keep turning. Overall, the house is a great location, wonderful beach location. We enjoyed our time.

We had a blast at Dolphin Parade! The house was plenty big for our family of 14! The views of the beach were amazing from every level. The dining table was large enough for our family meals which are a highlight for us.
The week was an absolute delight!

We've stayed at several properties in Ocean Ridge and this one was pretty similar. Plenty of space, very close to the dune. Would absolutely stay here again.

Based on a previous renters comments, we were expecting a host of problems. This was not the case. There are a couple issues here and there, but this home was actually in much, much better shape than most of the houses we have rented at Topsail. We would definitely rent again.

We arrived late. Parking in the garage was such a blessing. The house was so clean and welcoming . The beds were wonderful. Everything was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and the views spectacular. This made for a vacation to remember for years to come. We will definitely rent from landmark realty again. They exceeded all our expectations. We even received a little care package to carry is over in case we did not bring enough essentials.
