Located on the front row, guests are just a few steps from the sand with the convenience of a private beach access.

Inside, you’ll find a stylish and comfortable haven with quartz kitchen countertops and freshly painted cabinets in a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The bright and open top-floor living space is filled with natural lighting and stunning ocean views. Modern upgrades and elegant hardwood floors line the upstairs and downstairs hallways, adding sophistication to the home’s coastal charm.

With five bedrooms—including three king suites (two with oceanfront deck access) and two additional rooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin over twin bunk beds (pictures will be updated soon!)—this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, providing plenty of space for your family to relax and reconnect. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and simple remotes for cable or streaming, ensuring entertainment for everyone. Step outside to the two-level oceanfront deck, where high-top chairs invite you to bask in the sun, while a porch swing and shaded seating below offer a peaceful escape. After a day on the beach, refresh in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, or use the beach access walkway shower for added convenience.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. This home is not pet-friendly. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the carport and driveway. A gas grill is provided for your stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill before departure. A propane tank is available, but guests may need to refill it if it is empty.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
