Situated in the serene coastal community of Ocean Ridge of North Topsail Beach, this brand-new (completed in 2024), custom-built 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers unparalleled luxury and comfort. Every corner of this meticulously designed residence exudes elegance, with no detail spared in its décor and furnishings. Nestled on a prime oceanfront lot, between the sea and the marsh, guests will enjoy gorgeous views from every room, as well as ample outdoor porches, covered and uncovered. Private access to this uncrowded stretch of beach is just a few feet from the house. The three king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are sure to please all of the adults in your party. Other amenities include a game room with a ping pong table, a community pool, an elevator, enclosed outdoor shower, and many modern conveniences and upgrades such as Sonos Speakers, an EV charger, and more.

Guests will enter the house through the ground floor foyer and proceed to the living spaces via elevator or stairs. Found on the first level are two ocean-facing bedrooms with wall to wall sliding glass doors. Both bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, direct porch access, and en suite bathrooms with dual sinks, spa showers and private water closets. One of these bathrooms showcases a soaking tub for your relaxation. A built-in desk in one of these bedrooms provides a secluded place to work, if necessary or desired. In the spacious hall off the oceanfront porch and between the bedrooms, there is a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and a sitting area for soaking in the views. Marsh-facing, a third bedroom appeals to the young at heart with a custom extra-long twin over queen bunk, a twin boat bed and twin trundle. A bathroom, offering dual vanities and a combination tub/shower is just across the hall. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are available on this floor.

Proceed upstairs to the second floor and primary living area where you will be greeted by breathtaking ocean and marsh views in this open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Immerse yourself in the spacious living areas where you’ll find tasteful accents and ample natural light. The living room has plenty of seating so you can enjoy a fun movie night or watch your favorite sporting event in comfort. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a gas range, and extras including both a Keurig and a coffeepot capable of accepting whole beans or ground. A spacious middle island offers seating for 5. The dining room table accommodates 10 and bathes the room in the glow of sunset each evening. Al fresco dining is available on the top floor oceanfront porch. A half bathroom resides on this floor, in addition to the private marsh lounge featuring another television and a queen sleeper sofa. The fourth bedroom, and only one on this floor, has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with spa shower, and beautiful sound views from the wall to wall windows.

Lovango #163 offers sand toys and several beach chairs for your outdoor enjoyment, and a variety of porch furniture for lounging, dining and sunbathing. A foot rinse and a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower are available for easy clean up after a fun day soaking up the sun in the sand. High-speed internet and 5 Smart TVs are available throughout the house, as well as a mini-library and games for the whole family. Two garage bays for up to 4 vehicles are for guest use, including an EV charger for your electric vehicle. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.

Provided With Your Stay: Bed Linens, Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens. Beds made upon arrival, with the exception of the top bunk and sleeper sofa. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes starter supplies of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Our rental at the Lovango #163 will be one to remember. We have vacationed at multiple locations at Topsail Beach and this house by far is our favorite! Every detail of this home was well thought out! The house was well equipped, VERY clean, the beds and furniture was comfortable and every view of the ocean was breath taking. We have now found our forever beach home!

We enjoyed our week at Lovango. You can tell a lot of thought & love went into choosing all of the details for the home. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. The kids loved the bunk beds & boat bed. Perfect for a big family or multiple families with kids!

Spent a week @ Lovango 163, and the home is stunningly perfect! The location cannot be beat - right on the beach and also steps from the community pool. You can sit on the deck and watch the kids on the beach and in the pool - that close!! Very secluded-feeling location, yet only a few minutes from groceries, etc. There's none of the Surf City congestion, yet still easy to go to restaurants, shops, etc., if you wish to get out. The home itself is truly amazing. Words can't describe - there is nothing you need to bring, as every possible pot, kitchen utensil, cups, cocktail shaker, etc, is there. And the linens are top notch! The furniture and layout is lovely, and the space is perfect for gathering yet not being crowded. You truly feel that you are staying with friends rather than at a "rental" home. We comfortably had, at one point, 6 kids (4 boys and 2 girls) and 4 adults without ever feeling crowded (Each space has its own spacious bathroom). The outdoor spaces were the best - kids played ping pong and cornhole - and soccer on the grass and on the beach, all steps from the home. I am now spoiled after being able to go back and forth from the beach to the house so quickly (maybe 60 seconds?) Also - we had a (very non-urgent) maintenance issue, and I only emailed mgmt. company to give them the heads up, and they sent someone out to fix it the same day!! Just wonderful! But really, the views from the kitchen and family room will take your breath away. Topsail is our favorite, and now we have a favorite home as well! This is a very special home, and it is obvious the owner has filled it with everything a family could think of for a magical beach vacation.
