Experience coastal living at its finest in this beautiful, brand-new 2022 Construction home. Beach Badger #147, a Landmark Vacation Rentals property, is an immaculately maintained 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home located on the second row of a quiet neighborhood in North Topsail Beach. Boasting phenomenal ocean and sound views throughout, you’ll find yourself wanting to return to year after year. The beach is easily accessible with a private beach access located directly across the street, and the Seaview Fishing Pier is only a few doors down. Beach Badger is highlighted by its open and airy living spaces, sleek interior design, it private hot tub, and huge game room. Dogs are welcome for an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.

This home features a reverse floor plan, which allows you to enjoy ocean views from the 4th-floor living area, as well as from the hot tub on the 4th-floor deck. The open living space is beautifully decorated with a coastal color palette for a soothing and relaxing vibe. A comfortable living room consists of two couches, two chairs, and a large TV. The living room opens up to an oceanview deck through glass sliders with private hot tub. Seating for ten can be found at a dining table located between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipment with everything and more needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. An InstaPot, food processor, slow cooker, two blenders, a Keurig, and a drip coffee maker are available for guests to use. There are six bar stool seats surrounding the center island. Sound view deck access can be found off of the kitchen, as well as a half bathroom also located on the top floor.

The third floor features 3 of the 6 bedrooms. The first bedroom is 1 of 2 master suites, which has a king-sized bed, an oceanview deck, and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms on this floor have queen-sized beds, one with a private sound view deck. A full bathroom is shared between the two queen bedrooms. A full-sized washer and dryer is located on this floor as well.

The second floor features the 2nd primary master suite (bedroom #4), which has a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom and oceanview deck access. The 5th bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a single twin bed. The 6th bedroom has a queen-sized bed. A full bathroom is shared between the bunk room and the queen bedroom.

The first floor (ground level) has a ping-pong table, darts, basketball shooting game, a sitting area, and an extra fridge. This area makes for a great additional hang-out area for the kids. Tons of beach going equipment including two paddle boards are available for guest use (please note, Landmark Vacation Rentals does not maintain this equipment and is not responsible for what is available or the functionality of it).

A private beach access is located directly across from the driveway. The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. There are 7 Smart TVs throughout the house, 1 in each bedroom as well as the living room. High-speed internet is provided. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.

Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay on the keyless entry lock. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Perfect Big Family Get Away, Beautiful Home!

Beach Badger is the perfect vacation home! We brought our entire family (and doggie!), filled the house, had an amazing time. The house is beautifully decorated and filled with fun amenities to keep the fun rolling morning til night, not to mention a PacMan machine for the best family laughs. Super comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms, brilliantly located on the 2nd and 3rd floors keeping them separate from the 4th floor "hangout" area - kitchen and family room filled stocked with everything you'd need. Large dining table to have plenty of space for those big family dinners. Decks on every level, front and back, with beautiful ocean or inter coastal views.... and a hot tub with an ocean view. Master bedrooms have desks in the closet making the perfect "remote" working setting with ocean wave background noise! Garage is full of every beach activity you could think of including brand new SUP boards. Private beach access just steps off the front door. Quiet, peaceful area with friendly locals. A few great restaurants, cute coffee places, and fun tiki bar at the end of the island. We did not want to leave the Beach Badger and cannot wait to go back! OH...and we got engaged on the 4th floor ocean deck...if that does not show how perfect this place really is!!

We had an amazing time at Beach Badger despite Hurricane “Debbie Downer.” The house had plenty of space for our family of 7 to spread out and each kid managed to have her own bedroom too. The proximity to the beach made it easy for each of us to come and go as we pleased - for lunch, bathroom, snacks, etc. The house is beautifully decorated and showering in the master bathrooms felt like a spa retreat. The house is also fully stocked with beach items. Having a washer and dryer made it convenient and such a relief to not return home with dirty and wet items. Christy and Todd were excellent hosts and quite responsive to anything we needed.

My family of 12 had a great week at North Topsail Beach last week at The Beach Badger The house was large enough to accommodate us all and was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed. Lots of games and toys for the kids to play with. Everyone loved the LacMan game. Great location and very private. Not many people on the beach. The only problem we had was my daughter and I both fell on the steps coming down from one level to another. We missed the last step. The steps are the same color as the floor so you thought you were on level ground but you had one more step. Our fault entirely. Just needed to pay more attention as we stepped down. Perhaps a yellow strip along the last step would help. The elevator got stuck a couple times but it was our fault. Just need to remember to shut the gate and the doors each time you get off or on. That’s the only issues we had with the house. We are already talking about renting it again next year!

This home was very nicely accommodating. It was well stocked with all necessities plus extras like beach towels, SUP, beach toys, easy-up, etc. The home was very clean. Landmark Vacations did a great job managing the home. The only issue we had was several ants throughout the home; but as soon as Landmark was notified they immediately sent out someone to take care of the problem.

This house is absolutely wonderful in so many ways. Location=perfect. We had grandparents, kids and grand kids staying here (total of 9) and had plenty of room and privacy. The house is wonderfully stocked and they are nice enough not to clean out everything between guests so that yes, there is salt and pepper. The beds are great, there are tons of games and puzzles and even a pacman machine. The basement is full of beach stuff which was GREAT!!! Everyone had coffee on the top deck in the morning and watched sunrises and sunsets. Just perfect vacation. The management company response was great when we had a question. THANKS!

Beautiful home! Everything was clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable. There is a view of both the ocean and of the sound side, where many birds are visible from egrets to herons to bald eagles. Very short walk across the lot to the beach. Everything feels brand new. Perfect for a girls getaway.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! It has six bedrooms that are very comfortable, and four full bathrooms. There is a powder room upstairs in the main living area. The home is well stocked with everything we needed to cook with, and it had an enjoyable hot tub as well. It is very close to the beach, so it is easy to access it. I highly recommend this home if you were looking for a vacation rental!

Just had a fantastic vacation at Beach Badger. It is super nice & spacious, with lots of gaming options to keep everybody having fun. It also has a great view of the ocean with a nice hot tub on the top floor. The Landmark team was very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this house and we will be back for sure.

I don't even know where to begin with. How amazing this house is. this house is not only stocked with the best kitchen even better than mine with anything that you could possibly even need. But but the views from the kitchen and the living room area and the hot tub, which is on the same level, are absolutely breath-taking. The game room is absolutely amazing. All the things they have there for you to play with and use is Over the top there is nothing that they do not have to do at this house. the house is decorated absolutely beautifully. All the beds are more comfortable than the ones at my house.The othe elevator was so convenient. The house itself was the cleanest house. I have ever been staying and renting houses.
415 years. I cannot say enough Good things about this house. It was absolutely incredible. This is the first house we have stayed in Where we haven't had any issues and there were no bugs and Everything was spotless. The location is perfect the entire house was just perfect. We stayed here over Christmas and the owner went in and decorated for Christmas. To make our time even more special, then it was. This house made it very very hard to come home.

Perfect Place to Reconnect

We had a great family weekend here the first weekend in March when my oldest was on spring break from college. The kids, adults and dogs had plenty of room to be together and enough bedrooms to have their own space. It was warm enough to spend hours on the beach and dip a toe in the water. We even found a fossilized prehistoric shark tooth over two inches long on a beach walk. Such an amazing find!The kitchen had everything needed for my husband, a professional chef, to make amazing family meals we enjoyed at the gracious dining table or the large island. The view from the kitchen window is so breathtaking that even meal clean up was a pleasure.We all loved the hang out space on the first floor - especially the basketball game! There were so many games to take to the beach, even SUP boards and anything else we could need for a perfect day on the water.The three decks on the front of the house have wonderful ocean views and the decks on the other side have stunning views of the intercoastal waterway where the sun sets.We can't wait to go back and plan to make it an annual tradition. So many great memories made and new ones to come.

If you’re like me, you want a vacation rental to make you feel at home but also care-free and pampered. This house and this location does just that! I’ve stayed here twice. Once with 2 families, where we spent the most wonderful week playing games and cooking and again with just girlfriends where we spent a wonderful week doing stuff that busy, professional moms do when they are let loose away from their kids and housework. The house is located just a couple miles from the 210 bridge, which makes running out for dinner, activities, groceries so convenient. It’s also a part of the beach that still has plenty of sand to have ample space from high to low tide. Close to the public park (which has tennis, basketball, volleyball, playground, and a kayak launch) and not far from the Seaview Fishing Pier makes this a perfect location!Now let’s talk about the accommodations…. No castaway college furniture, mismatched accessories, chunky or outdated stuff from the past. This house is furnished to make you feel like you’re on vacation. In a sun-filled place. At the Beach. From its perfectly positioned windows and sliders which lets in natural light all day to the tasteful modern, light furniture, you are immediately made to feel comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make elaborate dinners for a full house. The long dining table and large island ensure that there is plenty of space to display food and seat everyone to enjoy a meal together. The elevator makes getting luggage, groceries, and people up and down easily. The rooms are spread out nicely and furnished to make you feel at home and relaxed. No excessive decor that you have to move around to make room for your personal belongings. The rooms and bathrooms are fully stocked without being cluttered. The rooms are spread out nicely to allow for privacy. Each room has a comfy bed, TV, roomy closet, and plenty of space to unpack. The master rooms also have desks in the closet. A perfect set up for those “working remotely” while on vacation!There’s also plenty of things to enjoy in the entertainment area in the rear of the garage complete with a refrigerator, couch, ping pong, basketball game, a video table console, board games, books, cards, paddle boards, a HOT TUB!, beach chairs, coolers, towels….way too much stuff to list. All you need is to pack your clothes, personal products, flip flops and a cooler with whatever you plan on drinking on ice, on the beach or one of the many decks, the second you drop your bags at the door. Everything else (including drinks and food) you can get on the island. Can’t wait to get back to the Beach Badger to create many more memories!

What a fantastic place to stay! This beautiful vacation home has everything you could ask for and more. The location to restaurants, the beach, shopping are all just a short distance from the house. As a girls weekend we were able to find a company that came to the house and did massages for us. We also had a yoga instructor join us on the beach for a yoga class. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. At the end of our stay it was difficult to say goodbye. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed

"Beach Badger- was amazing! The house is right across from the beach access. It is only a 15min drive to a Food Lion grocery store and restaurants. Other than gathering food and drinks, we really did not have to leave for our stay. Fortunately, the weather was warm enough in February for us to use the hot tub. We used every one of the multiple decks on the home to watch sunrises and sunsets, relax, and enjoy the ocean and sound views. Inside, the home is clean, organized, well-stocked, and extremely comfortable. The elevator was super convenient for loading, unloading, and bringing up groceries. The kitchen had all of the kitchen tools we needed. Even the plates, mugs, and flatware were great. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very well stocked. We used the game room in the garage for some friendly family competition! Overall, we immediately felt welcomed and like we were coming home. We can't wait to return!"
