You can also fish, crab, and shrimp from the back yard, and when you’re ready to cool off in the water, you’re just steps away from the beach or neighborhood pool! Located in the Queens Grant Community, guests will have several community beach accesses, a community boat ramp, and community boat trailer parking. A community dock is in front of this home. Trailer parking and the community dock are on a first come, first served basis. Queens Grant also has a beautiful pool complex, playground, basketball court and grilling/picnic shelter.
